The Gymnast Method 101 Seminar

We've just announced the next date for our TGM 101 Seminar!

This 2-hour workshop introduces progressions for proper gymnastics training in a CrossFit environment. The class is perfect for CrossFit athletes (all levels and ages welcome), coaches, and owners. The 2 hours will focus on fundamental shapes, strengthening and teaching fundamental shapes, and then putting those shapes into motion with skills including but not limited to: handstand variations, pulling variations, and ring work. We'll also provide an introduction to gymnastics strength training for injury prevention in CrossFit.
